My name is Erica Richardson, the founder of StillWater Strategies. I’ve worn many hats in my professional career, from two-sport collegiate athlete, Head Coach, Professor, Sports Information Director, Human Resource Director, Dean of Students, and several roles in between. While my background is diverse, one constant has been woven through the core of it all: a desire to see others realize their full potential. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Sports Management and a Master's in Conflict Management and Resolution, I have been inspired to be a lifelong learner and serve leaders and teams across many different industries. I've been married to my husband, Chris, for almost seven years and we have the best Golden Retriever named Griffey.
